Shridhar Huilgol is a seasoned business professional who held senior management positions at several leading organizations over a twenty-four-year career. Most recently, he was associated with Glasbau Hahn (Germany), world’s best museum display case makers for whom he was handling sales in India. He did sales for Glasbau Hahn for supply of their museum cases to the National Museum, New Delhi, Salar Jung Museum, Hyderabad and Bharat Kala Bhavan, Varanasi.

Earlier, he was Divisional Manager in PCI Pest Control Services Private Limited from 2017 to 2019 and Divisional Manager in Pest Control (India) Private Limited (PCI) from 2009 to 2017. He joined PCI’s Termite Control division to promote pre-construction anti-termite treatment and was soon promoted to be a manager. His innovation and managerial skills led him to profitably head the company’s bird control division.

Shridhar’s extensive consulting and management experience comes from his numerous professional assignments which led to his entrepreneurial venture in 2020.The three plus year experience at Shresha has enabled Shridhar to understand founding, growing and running a business with limited resources.

Shridhar’s visionary interests are in design and innovation, enabling technologies, business transformation, and management innovation.

Shridhar’s passion for preservation of priceless artefacts and museum solution business led him to start ShreSha Museum Solutions Private Limited in 2020.Shridhar holds Diploma in Civil Engineering from SHJ Polytechnic Dombivli and had completed his post-graduation in business management from the Symbiosis University and has attended the “Capacity Building Program in Conservation at the CSMVS, Mumbai.”
