Driven by a deep passion for preserving cultural heritage and raising the standards of museum infrastructure in India, Shridhar Huilgol founded ShreSha Museum Solutions with the vision of offering world-class solutions for museums, archives, and cultural institutions. His aim was to bridge the gap between India's growing museum ecosystem and the global benchmarks in conservation-grade display systems, storage, and climate control.

Over the past five years, ShreSha has grown into a trusted name in the museum and heritage sector. Under Shridhar’s leadership, we have successfully:

• Delivered custom vitrines and conservation solutions for prestigious national and international projects.
• Partnered with renowned government and private institutions across India.
• Introduced high-quality archival storage, dry cabinets, and ConserveTech - Climate Control Devices tailored for Indian conditions.
• Built a strong in-house team of technical experts, project managers, designers, and engineers capable of executing end-to-end museum gallery projects.

Before starting ShreSha, Shridhar had the privilege of working with Glasbau Hahn (Germany) – a global leader in museum display cases – where he gained deep technical knowledge and international exposure in museum-grade display solutions. Later, his role at PCI Ltd. further honed project execution and client service skills across heritage and conservation domains.

Today, Shridhar continue to lead ShreSha with the same entrepreneurial spirit and commitment, focused on making global museum technologies accessible in India and contributing meaningfully to the preservation of our nation's rich cultural legacy.
